The USB connector is smaller. It is easy to plug on the PC.We have two sizes of the hole of earpad, one is 4.9CM, the other is 5.8CM. You can choose smaller hole or larger hole by yourself.
We use green PVC material, which is not problem to use for many years.
Two years limited warranty. Warranty will not apply if the product has been tampered with, disassembled or damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. If it is over our warranty period, it does not matter. We can send some problem components for you to repair. Normally our headsets can be used for more than 10 years.
